Whatagraph is a B2B SaaS platform for digital marketing agencies to simplify data monitoring and reporting. We’re one of the fastest-growing startups in the Baltics and have recently successfully raised $7.2M in Series A funding round. We have grown substantially in the past year, going from a team of 50 to a team of 90+, and are looking to keep up the momentum going into 2022.
Our Marketing team plays a critical role in promoting our platform, and generating leads on a daily basis that consistently fuel our growth. Hence, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own and evolve the marketing tools, data infrastructure and help the marketing team with analysing and reporting on campaign performance to ensure we are focusing on the right things and making good decisions.
Own, build, refine and optimise the marketing tech stack. Help lead the implementation of new marketing technology and systems.
Help with the campaign reporting and analysis, improve and evolve the existing data, tracking and reporting infrastructure in the marketing team and the company.
Cooperate with colleagues in revenue and sales operations to improve the Salesforce implementation.
Maintain marketing dashboards and assist with forecasting, planning and tracking performance against targets.
Improve the alignment with the sales team, optimize the lead hand off, and follow-up processes and workflows as well documentation of systems
Share insights with partners in product analytics and help build full funnel reporting.

A gross salary: 3,000-5,000 EUR/month.
3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS Digital Marketing environment.
Extensive experience with configuring CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Experience with setting up marketing automation tools.
Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Experience using tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager or Segment.
Excellent technical, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Fluency in English.
Experience at working cross functionally with finance, sales and product teams, ideally in a scaling startup environment.
Experience with conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing is an advantage.
