We are looking to grow 3x this year, and with this ambitious goal in mind, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
You will be reporting to the Head of Operations, and work closely with our People Manager and Team Leaders to help source, recruit and grow our talented people.
In this role you will be:
Working closely with leadership team to listen to and execute their hiring needs
Sourcing, screening, headhunting and hiring new candidates
Managing the full recruitment life cycle
Maintaining and creating the pipeline of future and existing candidates
Look after our current recruitment channels, research opportunities to add and implement new ones
Providing detailed feedback regarding the market conditions
Ensuring professional interaction both internally and externally
Promoting Whatagraph brand online and offline
Implementing new policies, strategies and best hiring processes
We are looking for someone who has:
2+ years experience in talent acquisition, preferably in Tech/IT/SaaS industries
Excellent spoken and written English language skills
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Recruitee)
Exceptional project management, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, flexible mindset and capacity to adapt to change easily
Passion about building talented team and seeing them grow
Experience in international talent acquisition
Ability to work independently, look for solutions and proactively implement them
A talent for creating witty and impactful copy for open positions

Monthly gross salary starting from 2600 - 3350 EUR, based on your competence and work experience.
