How do I create a Facebook Insight report?
To access Facebook Page Insights, first, open your Facebook Page . Then, navigate to the top menu and select Insights . if you can’t find Insights in the menu, click More to bring it up: you’ll be taken straight to your Overview . You’ll be able to access the Overview anytime by clicking it in the left - hand menu . 
 Once you have the information collected, you can write the report . Alternatively, you can create an automated report using Whatagraph: connect your Facebook page to our platform, then choose the Page Insights integration . This way, your information will automatically appear in the report . 
How do I present Facebook Analytics?
First of all, you need to collect your Facebook performance data, otherwise known as Facebook Insights. To access it, open your Facebook page, navigate to the top menu, and click on Insights. If you’re unable to locate it, click More, and you’ll be redirected to Overview. 
 Now that you have the data, you can work on presenting – visualizing is the best way to go. You can either use pre-made Google Sheets templates or create your own one. Also, there are platforms that collect and visualize the data for you: Whatagraph here allows building an automated Facebook performance report. Use our pre-made Facebook templates and widgets to monitor your results in real-time. 
Can you export Facebook Analytics?
Yes, you can. To export Funnels, Cohorts, or Breakdowns, first, click on the three-dot icon on the top of the chart. Then, select the Export as CSV option, and follow further instructions you’ll see on screen. 
 If you’re trying to download other Facebook Analytics sections, click the arrow icon on the top of the chart. The information will be downloaded in CSV format. 
 You cannot download the Overview data straight to your device. But, you can click on individual charts and export this information separately. 
How do you write a social media analytics report?
To create a social media analytics report, start by defining your exact business goals and KPIs. Based on your target audience, pick the social media channels you’re going to be analyzing data of. 
 Afterwards, decide on the period your report is going to cover. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are the most common time frames. Then, narrow down what metrics you’ll be adding to your report. Here are a few recommended: 
 1. Volume of content 
 2. Reach rate 
 3. Engagement 
 4. Audience 
 5. Clicks and traffic 
 And finally, visualize the data you’ve collected. There are many ways to do it: you can build the report from scratch on Google Sheets or use a pre-made template. Alternatively, you can build your social media report using an automation service.
