How does the AI readiness quiz work?

You pick the role that fits how you work with marketing data, then answer eight quick questions about how your data is set up today, like how it's organized, where it lives, how metrics get defined, and more.

It takes about 60 seconds. There are no open text boxes and nothing to prepare; every question is multiple choice.

How is AI readiness measured?

This quiz is grounded in direct conversations with heads of paid media, operations, and data leads from marketing agencies and multi-location businesses that we've talked to over the span of January to June 2026.

We synthesized seven key areas that these personnels cared most about when it came to getting their data ready for AI, and each role's questions are scored across them:

1. Consolidation: where your siloed marketing data lives and how it gets pulled into a single source of truth

2. Structure: whether your data is organized the way your business actually operates, by client, region, or account

3. Definitions: whether metrics like MER, ROAS, or CAC mean the same thing everywhere, or get recalculated differently each time

4. Reliability: whether a broken source gets caught before it reaches a report, or after

5. Scale: whether onboarding a new client or location is a rebuild or a non-event

6. Access: how fast someone can actually get an answer, and whether they need you to get it

7. AI trust: whether two people asking the same question get the same number back

Your answers are scored and mapped to one of four readiness stages, from Manual & Exposed to AI-Ready. The stronger your foundation across seven dimensions, the more useful AI actually becomes on top of it.

What will I get at the end?

A score out of 100 that places you in one of four readiness stages, plus a plain-English read on what that stage actually means for you.

You'll also get a short set of specific, practical steps for your stage, from best practices from paid media leads, heads of data, and heads of operations.
