Create a 100% custom reporting experience

Present your client’s KPIs and metrics in any way you want. Group your client’s marketing data by campaign, account, goal, or channel. Resize widgets, and add filters or custom calculations to present only relevant data points for your client’s growth. Add headings, notes, and even emojis to make your report more engaging. Create a rule to automatically translate dimension and metric names into the recipient’s native language. Save any data visualization or report page you customize as a template for future use.

What is white-label Reporting?

White-label reporting is when one company creates a detailed report that can be saved as a basic template for other companies and agencies to use as their own. For example, marketing agencies may use white-label reporting to create customized reports for different clients, showing additional commitment.

All reporting features your agency needs

Cross-channel reports

Combining cross-channel data is intuitive and takes a few clicks. Create a single client report for all channels instead of one report for each.

Full report automation

Schedule your reports at desired intervals or share a live link to a report so your clients can check for updates at any moment.

Customize colors and logos in each report to align it with your agency’s or clients’ branding and style.

What is a white label report?

A white-label report is a detailed report issued by an organization that can be saved as a basic template to be rebranded and used by other companies. White-label reports are especially useful for agencies when they need to report on their progress to multiple clients.

How can agencies benefit from custom branding elements?

Agencies can benefit from custom branding elements in two ways:

1. When you send a report with your company’s branding, you let your clients know where it comes from. This allows them to build rapport and a connection with your brand.

2. When you send a report with your client’s own branding, you show that you care about their company. This function allows you to impress and earn extra points from your clients easily. Make yourself stand out from the crowd by going the extra mile.

What customization and white label features are available in Whatagraph?

Whatagraph’s white-label solution allows you to customize your reports differently while maintaining brand consistency.

- Change the color schemes in your reports;

- Pick different colors for graphs and charts;

 - Use your own domain;

 - Embed your logos and custom messaging;

- Add comment boxes, notes, and headers;

 - Personalize the cover page;

- Use emojis;

- Scalability - save any report design you create as a template to create as many reports as you need;

- Customize the automated emails that go out to your clients.

What is custom branding?

Custom branding is a way for companies to brand reports and other documents with logos, colors, fonts, and other features. These products are often sourced from third parties and then personalized.

An example: A marketing agency purchases a white-label reporting software and proceeds to customize every SEO report it creates for its clients: swaps the vendor’s logo for its own, uses a custom color scheme, and shares the reports on its own subdomain.

How much does it cost to use Whatagraph's white-labeling functionality?

Both custom branding and custom domain are available with our Advanced and Custom pricing plans. If you want to use our white-labeling options, please get in touch with our customer support team for more details.

What marketing channels can I include in the white-label report?

You can include a wide range of marketing data sources, including Google Analytics 4, social media like Instagram and LinkedIn, SEO analytics tools like Google Search Console and Semrush, PPC platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, emailing automation tools like Mailchimp, and CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce.

If you can’t find a direct integration for your source, you can connect it using our custom API. Alternatively, you can export your source data into Google Sheets or Google BigQuery first and then connect them as a source.

It’s good to be loved! Our clients are not shy about expressing it.

I made a switch from GDS and Sheets for reporting to Whatagraph, and I am saving literal hours each week on performance report creation. Our small firm actually managed to onboard 2 new clients as a result of all the time we saved on managing data and reporting. The customer service is also really helpful and easy to reach.

Having active customer support to help fix any issues was a big contributor, but we also really liked the ability to save templates and connect sources to multiple charts/widgets at once without having to edit them individually. And having the grid layout is much easier to stay consistent with than the free form setup that Data Studio has.

We love Whatagraph - we would definitely recommend and our account manager is great! I love how easy this tool is to use, everyone on the team finds it much more user-friendly than other dashboards. Integration was easy, we sent some example reports to the team who duplicated these for us. We literally had to log in and send it to our clients!

The tool is easy to use; you do not need to have development resources. Even my junior project managers are capable of making campaign reports in minutes. There are a lot of pre-made templates you can use as well as many pre-made widgets.

Easy to create really beautiful graphs and reports which can help other team members to understand the most important takeaways. I especially like the automated report function, so I don't have to check on the same thing repeatedly.
