We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our pipeline by combining inbound qualification with outbound prospecting into target agency and brand accounts. You'll be the first conversation many future customers have with Whatagraph — so the bar for curiosity, communication, and resilience is high.

This is a 70/30 inbound/outbound role, with a strong emphasis on proactive pipeline generation— you'll work both sides of the funnel, qualifying inbound leads from website signups, demo requests, and content downloads, while also running outbound sequences (cold email, LinkedIn, phone) into prioritized accounts. Your output is qualified meetings booked and pipeline created for the AE team.

You'll report directly to our Head of Sales and work closely with our 4 talented Account Executives as well as our marketing and product teams. High-performing SDRs can progress into an AE role within 12 months. This is a high-performance environment with clear expectations on output, activity, and consistency.

What you'll do

  • Qualify inbound leads from PLG signups, Demo requests, and marketing campaigns — quickly identify fit, book meetings, and route appropriately
  • High-volume daily outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn) using in-house automation + Lemlist
  • 15+ qualified meetings/month, contributing directly to a defined pipeline target
  • Use Salesforce, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our enrichment stack to build account lists, track activity, and keep data clean
  • Manage a high volume of conversations across inbound and outbound without losing quality
  • Run structured discovery on first calls, confidently disqualifying poor-fit prospects and protecting AE time
  • Track performance daily and adjust messaging, targeting, and sequences based on results
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback, ICP refinement, and target account selection

What we're looking for

  • Ideally +2 years of SDR / BDR / outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable on the phone - you can make 30–50 cold calls a day without getting drained
  • Strong written communication - you can write a cold email that actually triggers the reader to reply
  • Process-oriented and tool-fluent - Salesforce, sequencing tools (Lemlist, Outreach, SalesLoft), LinkedIn Sales Nav
  • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, etc.) to be 2–3× more effective than the average SDR
  • You're competitive, coachable, and you're comfortable being uncomfortable and can handle rejection at volume
  • Fully proficient in English
