Whatagraph helps businesses make Marketing Data Actionable by inviting teams to see the results and measure their marketing impact daily. As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning product vision, development of the product roadmap and execution of it. The role will challenge your problem solving skills as you build and scale innovative, high-quality product features that shape how marketers worldwide work with their data.
In this role you will:
Own Whatagraph product vision, develop product roadmap and oversee its execution.
Lead the analysis of customer needs and pains, investigate the overall market and competition to bring new ideas and opportunities for product development.
Conduct weekly feedback sessions (calls and meetings) with existing and potential clients to drive product innovation and validate product backlog items.
Define and provide user stories for sprint planning, including scope, delivery and acceptance criteria, and assist with testing new functionality.
Roll out product and feature/function launches and provide training & demos to the team.
Analyse adoption of new features and provide insights and potential improvements.
Define product feedback collection loop and oversee its implementation.
Maintain, prioritize and validate product development backlog.
Work cross-functionally with the Product team, UX team, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and execution.
Develop and execute Product team strategy to achieve OKRs.
We are looking for someone who
Has experience in developing product roadmap and has rallied teams behind a product direction.
Is comfortable diving into Mixpanel to understand user behavior and product performance, and can communicate it clearly to the team.
Is acutely sensitive to users’ needs and can develop creative ideas to solve them.
Has worked with engineering teams to deliver features users love.
Has strong user experience instincts and standards. Whatagraph has simple and intuitive UX so any user can easily work with marketing data to convey complex information in insightful graphs.
Has a solid technical background (a computer science degree or relevant work experience).
Knows what scrum is and can successfully apply the knowledge to daily tasks.
Has experience working with marketing analytics data and understands the challenges it brings.
