Opening a new chapter: Whatagraph closed $7.2M funding round, adding a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey
An occasion that must be celebrated! Reporting platform Whatagraph has raised $7.2M in Series A funding! Learn more about exciting news...
Six years ago, we three brothers – Justas, Andrius and Tomas – started a journey that continues to this day. Whatagraph first was a way for us to understand our company’s data problems better. Since then, we have been on an adventure-filled road where a team of 90+ professionals have joined us to help more than a thousand customers understand their own data. More than that, together, we strive to help our customers monitor their marketing channel performance, using a platform that turns everyone into a true data scientist.
On this journey, in the summer of 2021, we have crossed a monumental milestone. We have closed the Series A investment round and attracted $7.2M in funding. These funds will be used to accelerate and improve our product development and customer support.
This investment round would not have been nearly as successful if not for the support of our current investors. Inventure, Open Circle Capital and a new joiner, the leader of this round LitCapital –- all contributed to the immensely successful investment.
With this milestone comes greater ambitions and responsibilities. For that reason, we welcomed new team members with immense international experience, who will help us bring Whatagraph to a whole new level.
Our product is the foundation on which Whatagraph is built. To strengthen it, we have invited Aleksas Drozdovskis to join us as our first Chief Product Officer. Aleksas is a seasoned international strategist with experience as the Chief Strategy Officer, heading Global Product R&D at Yandex Europe, and the Head of Strategy, leading Global Marketing at Wargaming. His valuable expertise will let us scale our product capabilities and bring innovations that would help us realize our vision of empowering everyone to make data-driven decisions. Fast.
We also welcomed a new, non-executive member of the board - Giles Palmer, the founder of Brandwatch. With his external field experience, he will contribute to expanding Whatagraph’s product offering.
We’re strengthening our teams on every front. Our Marketing Team will be reinforced with strong leaders joining us soon. Our Partnerships Development Team is growing steadily, led by the strong hand of Frank Sondors – a global league sales expert and an ex-Googler. It’s a bit of a secret, but our Product Team is going to expand soon too!
