How do I report Instagram analytics?
First of all, make sure you’re using a business account on Instagram. If you’re not, switch to it via the mobile Instagram application. Open your profile, select Settings in the upper-right corner. Then, tap the Account option and select Switch to Business Account at the bottom.
 Now, you can get your performance data in the mobile application. Open your profile and tap the Insights button. Alternatively, you can click the settings icon in the upper-right corner and select Insights.
Instagram Insights can be split into three sections: content, activity, and audience. While you’re in the Insights section, gather impressions and engagement rate.
You should also add the number of mentions received, which you’ll have to calculate manually scrolling your Notifications. You’ll also need a list of your most-used hashtags: to make one, check each one of your posts.
Finally, you’ll need to check the traffic your Instagram profile drives. Log in to Google Analytics, open Acquisition, then select All Traffic, click Socials, and select a four or six-month range.
Now that you’ve gathered the data, you can work on presenting it – visualizing is the best way to go. You can either use pre-made Google Sheets templates or create your own one.

How do you write a social media analysis report?
